How to use

Log in to your account on the Almosafer app or website and make sure it is verified.

On the app: Go to the “Add points to your wallet” section under Wallet in “Profile”.

On the web: Go to the “Add and earn points” section under Wallet in “My Account”.

Select the option to use the wallet points code and submit your unique voucher code.

You will receive the points in your Almosafer wallet within 60 minutes of submission and can then redeem them for bookings.

Wallet points can be redeemed across all Almosafer KSA multi-channel touchpoints including web, app, call center, WhatsApp and retail outlets.

Terms and Conditions:

Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

The code is valid for one-time use only.

The earned wallet points are valid for 6 months from the date of submission of the code.

You must be logged in with a verified account while submitting the unique voucher code.

You must have the latest version of the Almosafer app to be able to use your wallet.

Wallet points can be redeemed via the Saudi Traveler website and application only.

The code is valid for one use only.

Stay and travel period: Open with no blackout dates.

Almosafer reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at its sole discretion.

Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Expired e-gift cards cannot be extended, exchanged or refunded.
